5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

5.2. Obligations of Dev Nomad Studio

• Provide services with quality and on time
• Maintain confidentiality of client data

• Fix errors during the warranty period

5.3. User Rights

• Receive services according to the contract
• Require correction of deficiencies

• Terminate the contract according to its terms

• Pay for services on time

• Participate in the approval process
• Not violate third-party copyrights

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to materials created under the contract are transferred to the customer after full payment, unless otherwise provided by the contract.

Site content is protected by copyright and belongs to Dev Nomad Studio or is used under license.

7. Warranties and Liability

7.1. Warranties

• Warranty on developed solutions — 3 months
• Warranty covers bug fixes
• Warranty does not cover requirement changes

7.2. Limitation of Liability

• Liability is limited to the contract value
• We are not responsible for third-party actions
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted internet operation

8. Confidentiality

Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We undertake not to disclose confidential information received from clients.

9. Payments and Refunds

9.1. Payment

• Payment is made according to the contract
• We accept payment by bank cards and transfers
• Late payment penalties may apply

9.2. Refunds

• Refund is possible before work begins
• In case of cancellation during the process — refund of the unused portion
• Refund within 10 business days

10. Force Majeure

The parties are released from liability in case of force majeure circumstances: natural disasters, government actions, technical failures of internet providers, and other circumstances beyond the parties' control.

11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are considered in court at the location of Dev Nomad Studio in accordance with applicable law.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms. Changes take effect from the moment of posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site means agreement with the new terms.

13. Final Provisions

If any provision of the Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
